Wednesday January 20th, 2016

California Golden Bears guard Tyrone Wallace is out for the next 4–6 weeks with a broken hand, the team announced Tuesday.

Wallace is Cal’s leading scorer this season. He is averaging 15.4 points, 5.1 rebounds, and 5.6 assists.

Junior Sam Singer will likely replace Wallace in the starting lineup. He has served as Wallace’s main backup this season.

The Golden Bears are 12–6 after falling in their last three games. The team is set to take on Arizona State on Thursday.
