Watch: Stanford wide receiver makes crazy catch against UCLA

Stanford wide receiver Francis Owusu made what may be the catch of the year against UCLA on Thursday night, pulling off a seemingly impossible play.
Stanford quarterback Kevin Hogan threw a pass toward the endzone from the UCLA 41 yard line. Owusu then proceeded to reach his arms around UCLA defensive back Jaleel Wadood, pin the ball onto Wadood’s back, and hold onto it for a touchdown. He made the grab despite not being able to get a clear view of the ball.

Even Stanford head Coach David Shaw had a hard time believing what he had just witnessed.

The play was the highlight of a dominating offensive night for the Cardinal, who defeated the Bruins 56–35 for their fifth win of the season to bring their record to 5–1.
