Ohio State defensive end Joey Bosa was ejected from Friday’s Fiesta Bowl game against Notre Dame for targeting.

Bosa, who head coach Urban Meyer said Thursday would be entering the 2016 NFL draft, delivered a hit with the crown of his helmet to Notre Dame quarterback DeShone Kizer after Kizer let go of a throw in the first quarter. His ejection was reviewed and the ruling upheld, and his college career has likely come to a close on a low note.

Ohio State led 14–0 at the time of Bosa’s ejection, who is projected as a top pick in the upcoming draft.

You can watch the play on which he was ejected below.

After his ejection, Bosa tweeted a mid-game apology to Ohio State’s fans.
