After it was announced Tuesday that Ohio State quarterback Braxton Miller will miss the entire 2014 season after re-injuring his shoulder, the Buckeyes national championship odds took a big hit with two Las Vegas sportsbooks.

Ohio State's odds of winning the title dropped from 10/1 to 40/1 with Bovada, and dropped from 12/1 to 50/1 with Las Vegas Hilton Sportsbook

Miller torn the labrum in his right shoulder during a non-contact drill at a practice Monday night. Redshirt freshman J.T. Barrett is now the favorite to start at quarterback for the Buckeyes this season.

Prior to Miller's injury, Ohio State was ranked No. 4 in SI.com's preseason Top 25 rankings
