Antonio Blakeney, a heralded shooting guard from Oak Ridge High School in Orlando, Fla., announced on Friday that he has committed to LSU.

Blakeney chose the Tigers over Kentucky and Missouri on ESPNU. Blakeney is the No. 13 prospect in the class of 2015, according to the recruiting website Rivals.com. He is averaging 32.7 points and 6.7 rebounds in his senior season, according to MaxPreps.

The 6-foot-3, 180-pound Blakeney committed to Louisville in September but renounced his pledge less than two weeks later. Small forward Ben Simmons, the No. 1 player in the same class, signed with the Tigers in November after committing last October.

Blakeney and Simmons played together as members of the Each 1 Teach 1 program.

"I think I can be an elite player to come into the program and help out right away," Blakeney said, according to Rivals.com. "With me and Ben and all of the other elite players they already have we can make things happen. It's no secret that talent makes a program and coach Jones knows how to use all of that talent the right way."

LSU has not qualified for the NCAA tournament since 2009. The Tigers are 10-2 this season.
