Michigan's John Beilein: Caris LeVert has 'complete fracture' in foot
Michigan head coach John Beilein told reporters that junior guard Caris LeVert, who is out for the remainder of the season, has a "complete fracture" in his foot, according to MLive's Brendan F. Quinn.
The Wolverines announced on Sunday that LeVert will miss the rest of the season with a foot injury and will have surgery this week. LeVert previously had surgery on the same foot in May after being diagnosed with a stress fracture.
Beilein said LeVert is expected to make a "100 percent recovery" and that doctors are optimistic.

A 12-week recovery and rehabilitation period is expected for the junior, who was leading Michigan in scoring, rebounding, assists, steals and minutes. LeVert averaged 14.9 points, 4.9 rebounds and 3.7 assists this season for the Wolverines in 18 games
Michigan has a 11-7 overall record on the season and has begun the Big Ten slate with a 4-2 mark. The Wolverines play Rutgers on the road on Tuesday.
