Boston College will wear 1970s throwback uniforms for its game against Syracuse on Wednesday.

The gray uniforms have Boston College written in cursive with maroon and gold accents.

The Eagles have lost four straight and nine of their last 11 games. They are 9-13 on the season and 1-9 in ACC play in their first year under head coach Jim Christian.

Syracuse is 15-8 overall with a 6-4 mark in conference play. The school self-imposed a postseason ban on itself last week in response to an NCAA investigation.
