BOISE, Idaho (AP) James Webb III scored 22 points and Derrick Marks added 18 as Boise State shut down Nevada 78-46 on Saturday afternoon.

Webb made 9 of 11 shots from the field, including 4 of 4 from 3-point range, and pulled down a team-high seven rebounds. Marks made 8 of 12 shots but didn't lead his team in scoring for just the second time in 2015.

The Broncos (20-7, 10-4 Mountain West) used an 18-2 run to take a 22-6 lead with 11:56 left in the first half, with Webb and Marks combining for 15 of the 18 points. The Wolf Pack (8-18, 4-10) had eight first-half turnovers that led to 19 points for Boise State, which led 44-26 at the half. After the big run, Nevada never got closer than 11 points in the first half or 16 after halftime.

D.J. Fenner led Nevada with 13 points and four rebounds.

Nevada's 46 points were its second-fewest total of the season. The Wolf Pack started slow and never heated up, sinking only two of their first 11 shots and wound up shooting 36.5 percent. Nevada went 1 of 12 from 3-point range. The Wolf Pack played without starting guard Marqueze Coleman and reserve guard Kaileb Rodriguez, who were suspended for a violation of team rules.

Boise State, which has won 11 of its past 12 games, maintained its recent defensive prowess. The Broncos held a conference opponent to fewer than 50 points for the fourth time in 13 days.

Marks finished the game seven assists and moved into sixth place on the school's all-time list with 349. He also moved into seventh place on the Mountain West's all-time scoring list with 1,784 career points, moving ahead of New Mexico's Ruben Douglas.
