Nebraska's Tim Miles bans players from locker room after loss to Iowa
Nebraska head coach Tim Miles banned players from the locker room after losing to Iowa 74-46 at home on Sunday, reports Lee Barfknecht of the Omaha World-Herald.
Miles, in addition to banning the players from Nebraska's Hendricks Complex locker rooms for the "foreseeable future," also banned player interviews for this week and perhaps longer.
"There will be chains on the doors locking it from the outside," Miles said, "until further notice."
So where will the players dress?
"Good luck," Miles said, glaring. "They’re creative."

According to Brian Rosenthal of the Lincoln Journal Star, Miles said Monday that the team's managers emptied each player's locker of its belongings and placed them in the hallway outside of the locker room to be picked up.
Miles could not recall if he'd ever kept players from the locker room before in his coaching career, but said he has had methods of "cruel and unusual" punishment.
The Huskers' loss Sunday was their fifth straight, dropping them to 13-14 and 5-10 in Big Ten play, 8.5 games behind conference-leading Wisconsin. Nebraska trailed 42-16 at halftime and finished the game shooting 32.7 percent from the field and 11.1 percent from three-point range. Only two Huskers scored in double-figures -- Terran Petteway had 16 points and Walter Pitchford had 10 -- and no other player scored more than five.
"You never want to throw your players under the bus," Miles said. “But that was beyond disappointing. That’s not what we represent ... We quit easily today, and that’s a great disappointment."
Nebraska next plays Thursday at No. 24 Ohio State. The Buckeyes fell to Michigan on Sunday.
