Louisville head coach Rick Pitino will coach the Puerto Rico men's national basketball team during two tournaments this summer, according to the Associated Press

BELLER: Should Duke or Virginia be the No. 2 overall seed?

"I'm looking forward to putting in the unique style of play that hopefully will get the team over the hump," Pitino said Monday.

The team will begin training in July and will hold workouts on Louisville's campus in August, according to the AP.

Pitino has won two NCAA titles during his coaching career: in 1996 while at Kentucky and in 2013 with Louisville. He has coached the Cardinals since 2001 and has compiled a 364-123 record in 14 seasons with the program.

No. 14 Louisville is 24-7 this season heading into the ACC tournament.
