Hill said he has been on campus to watch spring practice and that he will enroll at the school on June 1.
Last month the Star-Telegramreported that Hill was expected to transfer to the school. He confirmed the move on Thursday.
NCAA rules stipulate that Hill will have to sit out one season before beginning the 2016 season with two years of eligibility remaining.
As a sophomore last season, Hill started the Aggies' first eight games.
He threw for a program-record 511 yards and three touchdowns in a season-opening win over South Carolina and finished the year with 2,649 passing yards and 23 touchdowns against eight interceptions.
In November, Hill was suspended two games for violating team rules and athletic department policies.
