FAU's Terrance Jamison to serve in Walsh Fellowship with Dolphins
Florida Atlantic defensive line coach Terrance Jamison will serve in the Bill Walsh NFL Minority Coaching Fellowship with the Miami Dolphins this summer, according to a source.
Jamison is entering his second season in his current job with Florida Atlantic. He had previously held a defensive quality control position at California in 2013.
The annual fellowship was launched in 1987 and is aimed to create more job opportunities for minority coaches. Each NFL team is encouraged to hire a minimum of four participants, who generally work through the duration of training camp, including all preseason games.
Jamison served as a graduate assistant at his alma mater, Wisconsin, in 2012 and spent the season before that in defensive quality control for the Badgers. He coached defensive line at Edgewood High in Madison, Wisc., in 2010.
He was the assistant defensive line coach at Wisconsin from 2008-09 after playing defensive line for the Badgers from 2005-07.

The Miami Dolphins had an 8-8 record last season under coach Joe Philbin, who is entering his fourth season.
