All four No. 1 seeds advanced to the Sweet 16, along with two No. 2s, two No. 3s and two No. 4s, and yet, your bracket is probably busted. The NCAA tournament’s first round was the most chaotic in history, with a record number of double-digit seeds (10) upsetting their opponents.
