MLS player gets yellow card for taking post-goal selfie

Soccer has always had trouble catching on in the U.S. While the World Cup proved that Americans like watching the sport in the right circumstances, maybe fans would start tuning into more MLS games if they knew post-goal celebrations involved crowd selfies.

The only downside to Dwyer's stunt is that it got him a yellow card. But who cares about a penalty when you can makethingsgoviral?
