Tim Tebow did not get many snaps as the quarterback of the New York Jets when he was with the team in 2012, but that is not stopping the New York Daily News from calling for the SEC Network commentator to be put back under center after the team's 1-4 start.

The paper's Monday headline cries "BRING BACK TEBOW!" along with crossed out photos of current quarterbacks Geno Smith and Michael Vick, who combined to go 12-31 for 74 yards in the team's 31-0 loss to the San Diego Chargers on Sunday.

In Tebow's lone season with the Jets, he threw just eight passes, completing six for a total of 39 yards, while also being used out of the backfield for 102 rushing yards on 32 carries.
