Lakers guard Nick Young has chimed in on the growing beef between his girlfriend Iggy Azalea and rap legend Snoop Dogg.

The back-and-forth between the rappers began when Snoop started posting Instagram photos comparing Iggy Azalea to the Wayans brothers characters in the film White Chicks, to which Azalea took offense and responded in some now deleted Twitter posts, asking why the rapper was attacking her with no provocation, according to E!.

Young has now stepped up to defend his girlfriend in new tweets that dismiss Snoop's outburst as a product of his advancing age.
