Spurs' Matt Bonner was once Drake's shooting coach

Rap star Drake did not have a very good showing when he appeared on court with the Kentucky basketball team for Midnight Madness over the weekend, airballing a three-point attempt during warmups, but it was not for lack of proper instruction, as he received instruction from sharp shooting Matt Bonner while still a young actor on DeGrassi.

Bonner's brother Luke jumped on Twitter to let everyone know that Matt had been called in by the Canadian teen soap to give the then-Aubrey Graham some pointers for the show's basketball scenes.

That there is no video of Matt Bonner discovering that Aubrey and Drake are the same person is truly a shame.
