Uber replaces cars with baseballs on app in Kansas City

Uber is celebrating the World Series returning to Kansas City by swapping out the cars on its app with baseballs.

The popular mobile phone-based car service seems to have a soft spot for the nation's pastime, having also swapped cars out for baseballs in Washington, D.C., during the Nationals postseason run.

The app also added a pinstriped "2" to cars appearing in the app in New York City as a nod to retiring Yankees shortstop Derek Jeter.
One Twitter user quickly spotted a flaw in Uber's plan.
