Matthews must have seen the sign as a green light for this hit on Chris Williams.

Bear kill tags are handed out to hunters in an effort to control the bear population in the state, although bear hunting season ends in the first week of October, meaning the the 55-14 thrashing of Chicago was outside the guidelines of the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources.
