Thanksgiving Football Roundup

Richard Sherman :: AP

The Lions disposed of the Bears, 34-17, which was good (and bad news) for the Fuller parents, who have a son on each team ... This 12-year-old sang one of the year's best versions of the National Anthem ... Calvin Johnson is still really good ... Dez Bryant is also really good, but thinks the Eagles were "being kinda cheap" in their 33-10 victory over the Cowboys ... Jason Witten wasn't in a good mood either as he did some sideline shouting at tight ends coach Mike Pope ... Cowboys receiver Dwayne Harris laid out Nolan Harris with a cheap shot that sparked a mini-brawl ... LeSean McCoy celebrated Philly's victory with this futuristic jacket ... The Seahawks got their swag back with a 19-3 victory over the 49ers. The loss led CEO Jed York to apologize to fans afterwards ... As if the loss wasn't bad enough, Jim Harbaugh may have had to eat tofurkey on Thanksgiving after his family saw a news feature about turkeys on NBC.

Here's a roundup of all the things athletes were thankful for this Thanksgiving. Ty Lawson didn't make the list but nobody plated a turkey better than the Nuggets guard.

He Wears Short Shorts

What a Save!

When he's not working as a paramedic, 26-year-old Patrick O'Brien plays goaltender for an amateur hockey team in his hometown of Gander, Newfoundland, Canada. Minutes before O'Brien's game was to begin, a fan went into cardiac arrest and the goaltender (wearing skates, hockey pants and one shin pad) rushed out of the locker room and saved him.
