76ers left the heat off in Wells Fargo Center for Pacers practice

The Indiana Pacers are in Philadelphia for a game tonight and they got a chilly surprise when they showed up for practice at the Wells Fargo Center, as the stadium's heating system had been turned off.

It could just be an oversight by arena staff, or a weird piece of gamesmanship between non-playoff teams.
