Blindfolded dunk attempt goes as poorly as possible

The Philippine Basketball Association held its dunk contest on Friday and defending co-champion Justin Melton tried out the classic blindfolded dunk, and it went very, very poorly.

Melton jumps about ten feet too soon finishes well short and left of the basket, much to the delight of his fellow players.

The object of a dunk contest is ostensibly to actually slam the ball through the basket, but from a purely entertainment standpoint Melton's miss is far more fun that a make would have been.
