Paul Rabil can throw a lacrosse ball clear across Balitmore Harbor

It's easy to see why Paul Rabil is considered the best player in Major League Lacrosse.

Rabil took his friend and fellow MLL player Drew Westervelt down to Balitmore's inner harbor for a long-range game of catch.

Both Rabil and Westervelt tried to chuck a ball from one side to the other. Rabil came awfully close to making it all the way across, while Westervelt needed a little more help from the ice.

Rabil, who led the league in scoring last year, will be taking his talents to a new team this spring. The Boston Cannons traded him to the New York Lizards this winter.
