A new survey of Wisconsinites found that Aaron Rodgers is second only to cheese when it comes to favorable ratings.
According to ESPN, Public Policy Polling found that 80% of those surveyed held a favorable opinion of cheese, while the NFL MVP and Green Bay quarterback was viewed positively by 79% of the state.
Wisconsin basketball coach Bo Ryan also fared well with a 76% rating among the 1,071 residents polled, while Gary Andersen, who abruptly left the Badgers to take the Oregon State job, had just a 15% favorable rating.
Considering the amazing season Rodgers had in 2014, it makes you wonder if there is anything he could do to supplant cheese in the hearts of Wisconsin's citizens.
