The former Panthers star interviewed Kansas fans in Omaha for the Jayhawks' Round of 64 game Friday against New Mexico State in a video for the Omaha World-Herald

Fans of both teams have reason to celebrate this March, as both programs returned to the NCAA tournament. Northern Iowa won its Round of 64 game to move on to face Louisville, while Kansas moved on to a date against Wichita State.
