After the Warriors closed out their series against the Grizzlies, Draymond Green went out of his way to praise teammate Festus Ezeli.

Green and MVP teammate Stephen Curry sat on the podium after Golden State defeated Memphis 108–95 on the road in Game 6 to punch their ticket to the Western Conference finals. As media members asked their questions, Green took a moment to ask his own question. Then, he answered it.

Though he never actually posed a question, Green went out of his way to praise the contributions of teammate Festus Ezeli, a sparingly-used reserve who played a total of two minutes in the win.

[daily_cut.NBA]"A question that I haven't gotten the chance to answer, I want to answer, and I'm gonna ask myself," Green said, cracking up everyone at the press conference and teammate Stephen Curry, sitting to his right. "We're not sitting here without Festus Ezeli. He goes in, everything's going wrong, they made their run, we're up two points, and nobody notices—he set a killer screen on Mike Conley to get Steph open."

Green went on, and finally, responded to the initial question that was asked. "I asked myself that question, he [Curry] answered yours, I answered my question."

Curry chimed in afterward, unable to control his smile. "I love this dude." And, that was the end of the presser.
