The Oklahoma City Thunder's Russell Westbrook did his best Steve Urkel impression and Philadelphia 76ers center Nerlens Noel rocked an embroidered jacket in hopes of boosting their team's chances of landing that elusive top pick.

Westbrook arrived at the Midtown Hilton in New York Tuesday repping a detailed, peach-colored shirt that buttoned and the top, an anonymous key around his neck, and thick framed brown glasses. He looked like this

When asked what he was doing dressed the way he was, Westbrook connoted that the ensemble - which stood out among the suits on the dais - was for good luck.

"Do you see my shirt?" Westbrook said during his introduction. "There you go."

Meanwhile, Noel flashed Twitter users the inside of his good-luck lottery night jacket, which had embroidered on each side "Philadelphia 15," connoting his jersey number.

Noel's jacket seemed to do some good. The 76ers picked up one of the draft's top three picks.

But after all of Westbrook's sartorial efforts, the Thunder still received the 14th and lowest of the lottery picks assigned Tuesday.

All that was missing was him standing up and yelling, "Did I do that?"
