Indians manager Terry Francona rode an elevator with Cavs' Kevin Love

Tuesday May 26th, 2015

Cleveland Indians manager Terry Francona is apparently a basketball fan, and he came home from the Cavaliers' playoff win Sunday night to a surprise.

Francona lives in the same building and on the same floor as injured Cavs forward Kevin Love. He shared a story with reporters Monday detailing a run-in the two had upon returning from the game. They'd returned to the building around the same time, Love boarding an elevator shortly before Francona.

One of them was certainly recognized by security. It appears that the other was not. Francona and Love quickly talked down building security, and the result was pretty amusing.

We wonder if Tito will recruit Love to stay in Cleveland.

For some reason, Francona also commented on the Cavs' en vogue instigator, Matthew Dellavedova.
