A Florida woman is seeking damages in excess of $15,000 after suffering serious neck injuries when Marlins mascot Bob the Shark "bit" her on the head during a 2013 game. According to the lawsuit, the victim felt pain in her neck after the impact of the shark's head came down on the top of her skull and her ability to work has been impaired, leaving her without a reliable source of income.
