The first Sunday of the NFL season is in the books andPeter King's MMQB has all the action inside the lines. As for my purview (the stupid things that happen off the field), it was a busy day: A Bills fan got a little too tipsy and knocked himself out taking the Dizzy Bat Challenge ... Odell Beckham's new hairstyle became an internet meme ... Cowboys kicker Dan Bailey had a really bad headshot ... Bills QBTyrod Taylor got an A+ for his post-game outfit ... This ad couldn't have made Rams fan very happy ... The Rams taunted Russell Wilson about his pregame 1-0 tweet ... Fireman Ed came out of retirement to cheer on the Jets ... Darren McFadden wore socks and sandals for his promo ... This Eagles fan will regret his 2016 Super Bowl Champs tattoo.
College Football Review
I'm not going to be writing much about college football as I don't want to step on the toes of newly created Campus Clicks. U.S. Open Review
While the world was watching the Giants-Cowboys Sunday night (except this dude), Novak Djokovic defeated Roger Federer in one of the best U.S. Open finals in recent memory. I'm certain this fan had a good time. Djokovic's coach, Boris Becker, had slammed Federer earlier in the week for his new "sneak attack on return serve" strategy. As for the women, Flavia Pennetta defeated Roberta Vinci, but all anyone is talking about is Serena Williams's loss and whether Drake had something to do with it. Even Lolo Jones is getting in on the action by letting Drake know she's there for him if it doesn't work out with Williams. Luckily, this love triangle is not covered in Jon Wertheim's annual 50 Parting Thoughts from the 2015 U.S. Open.

I'm a few days late to this but the Seattle Mist of the Legends Football League busted out this dance before the 2015 Legends Cup. They then went on to defeat the Chicago Bliss, 27-21.
