Tottenham wanted to honor Wayne Gretzky but misspelled his jersey

NHL legend Wayne Gretzky stopped by London’s White Hart Lane to take in Tottenham’s League Cup game against archrival Arsenal. After what Spurs did to The Great One before the game, it’s unclear which side he ended up pulling for.
Tottenham presented Gretzky with a custom jersey, but made a crucial error.

The club sent out its own tweet showing off the goof but deleted it after they noticed the unfortunate error and issued an apology.

Our sincere apologies to @OfficialGretzky for the shirt error. New one on its way! #COYS
