Derek Jeter is cheering on Michigan as it takes on BYU

It’s been a pretty chill year of retirement for Derek Jeter.
The Kalamazoo, MI native is in Ann Arbor Saturday afternoon for the Michigan Wolverines’ game against BYU, and he was given his very own jersey.
According toTheDetroit Free Press, Jeter called Michigan late last week about attending the game.
Head coach Jim Harbaugh knows when that hotline bling ... well, you know the rest.
Harbaugh held a garment that wasn’t a sweater or khaki pants for the first time in what might have been years, and presented it to Jeter before the game.

There was speculation that Jeter might be in the area on Friday, when students tweeted out photos of the former Yankees shortstop at Rick’s American Cafe.
Can’t wait for the Players’ Tribune piece.
