Lil B calls ‘cursed’ Kevin Durant’s great play ‘beautiful’
Lil B called called Kevin Durant’s perseverance through the Based God curse “a beautiful thing.”
Could Lil B be softening up on Kevin Durant?
The Bay Area rapper, who placed a curse on Durant back in 2011 for calling him irrelevant, has consistently rubbed Durant’s playoff failures in his face, and rooted on his hometown Warriors. But on Sunday, after the Thunder smoked the Warriors in Game 3 of the Western Conference Finals, Lil B called Durant’s perseverance “a beautiful thing.”
Just six days prior to game, he confirmed that the curse was still placed on Durant. Now, it seems as if Lil B is warming up to KD.
The Thunder are up on the Warriors in the WCF, two games to one.
