Blackhawks welcome Cubs on ice before Sunday’s game

The world champs stopped by on Sunday.

The Chicago Blackhawks celebrated the Cubs’ World Series victory before their game on Sunday night by welcoming Kyle Schwarber, David Ross, Jason Heyward and Mike Montgomery to the ice. The four brought their trophy and a “W” flag as the team projected some cool graphics onto the ice.

Ross, of course, was just on Saturday Night Live in New York City to sing “Go Cubs Go” with Anthony Rizzo, Dexter Fowler and Bill Murray, so he got back home in a hurry. Fowler hung out on Sunday in the city at Madison Square Garden, catching the Knicks–Jazz game.
