Postseason fantasy football challenge

There's nothing like a second chance in life, and the same thinking applies to fantasy football, as well. SI.com presents the ultimate fantasy game for owners whose dreams of a fantasy title went unfulfilled in the regular season, or the greedy owners who simply covet two championships in the same year: the Postseason Fantasy Football.

This test of fantasy survival is like no other game you've ever played, but it'll call on your keen abilities to predict the future -- one NFL week at a time. Are you game? Are you savvy enough to bring your fantasy expertise to a whole new level? Every week, you select a roster of 7 players: 1 Quarterback, 1 Running Back, 2 Wide Receivers, 1 Tight End, 1 Kicker, and a Team Defense. You earn weekly points based on player performance using standard fantasy football scoring (below). The game is survivor format, meaning you can only select a player once throughout the course of the 4 week game. The game starts after the regular season and lasts the 4 weeks of the playoffs; however we're inviting everyone to play in the December Showdown for the last 4 weeks of the regular season as a teaser.

To give everyone a taste of the game, we're opening up the game early to compete in the last four weeks of the season (weeks 14-17). Winner takes home a 4gb iPod Nano!

You can only choose a player once throughout the course of the game. Note this plays into the strategy of the game, as you have to be careful of your weekly picks in order not to leave yourself without a QB in later weeks. Also note the December Showdown is a separate four week game from the postseason; thus you can select a player once in each game.

You can adjust your weekly picks up until 5 minutes before game time for each player.
