It's Week 4 in the NFL, and early bye weeks present some serious tests for fantasy football owners. We've already seen fantasy expectations turned upside down, when Eli Manning, Larry Donnell and the rest of the New York Giants completely shut down Kirk Cousins and the Washington Redskins on Thursday night. What else will Week 4 bring fantasy owners? Should owners play it safe with top receivers Calvin Johnson and Brandon Marshall, who are both battling ankle injuries? Will Arian Foster, who's expected to start despite struggling with a hamstring injury, monopolize the Texans' running game, or is Alfred Blue, who rushed for 78 yards in Week 3, worth a start? Who is the best last-minute option for any owners who may have planned on starting Jake Locker?
