What do you expect from Aaron Rodgers in his first season as a Jet?
Big things — presuming he stays healthy. He dealt with a broken thumb for most of last season. And his offensive supporting cast with the Jets will be better than what he had in Green Bay — led by Garrett Wilson. It would be silly right now to say Rodgers is declining just because he had a subpar year in 2022. He was the NFL’s MVP the previous two seasons for a reason.

Can Garrett Wilson improve upon his rookie success and be a top-10 fantasy wide receiver?
Absolutely. Wilson had an excellent rookie season (83 catches, 1,103 yards, four touchdowns) with Zach Wilson as his quarterback. It would be a massive understatement to say the Jets are making an upgrade going from Wilson to Rodgers. Throughout his career, Rodgers has elevated less talented receivers than Wilson. So just imagine how much he will boost Wilson’s production in 2023 — especially in the touchdowns department.

Who will emerge as the No. 2 receiver?
Rodgers’s comfort with former Packers teammate Allen Lazard makes Lazard the clear favorite. Plus, it’s not like Corey Davis and Denzel Mims have done much of anything with the Jets to show that they’re going to be consistently reliable targets for Rodgers — who, again, arrives with an already-high level of rapport with the newly signed Lazard, who got $22 million fully guaranteed.
