Mahomes and Chiefs Agree on Ten Year Extension

With two years left on his rookie contract, Patrick Mahomes signed a ten year extension with the Chiefs that keeps him in Kansas City until 2031.

In just two seasons as a full time starter, Patrick Mahomes won a Super Bowl, earned NFL and Super Bowl MVP honors and became just the third quarterback in NFL history to toss 50 touchdowns in a single season. No surprise to see the Chiefs quickly hammer out a massive extension for the 24-year-old quarterback. Mahomes and Kansas City agreed on a 10 year contract extension that keeps him in a Chiefss uniform through 2031.
