The Denver Broncos finished 7-9 in Vic Fangio's first season in Colorado, but things clicked for them late in the season. The Broncos won four of their last five games (with the only loss coming on the road against the eventual Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs) and won seven of 12 overall after an 0-4 start.

The Broncos play in arguably the toughest division in the NFL. The AFC West may have all four of its teams at .500 or better in 2020. Playing six tough divisional games will hurt Denver's chances, but they've got enough playmakers on both sides of the ball to hold their own. The Broncos do have some key veterans in place, which can be a good boost for the team and their expectations. When it is all said and done, though, it all comes back to the young players and what they can bring to the field.

It is reasonable to expect the Broncos to perform better than they did last year, but there may be a bit more variance to their play because of the youth on the roster.
