FootJoy Shoes Go Beyond the Golf Course

When you say the brand name FootJoy, it’s a fairly safe bet golf shoes are the first thing that comes to mind. And for good reason.

There are dozens of footwear styles offered by FootJoy designed for maximum comfort and performance. From traditional, classic wing-tip and saddle shoes to athletic and sneaker-inspired choices, a sandal and even a waterproof golf boot, the range is wide.

Over 145 players on the men’s tours wear FootJoys, and the popular MyJoys program allows customers to custom design their shoes.

One category that doesn’t get as much recognition is the off-course collection that includes two handmade styles of FJ Dress shoes, three Club Casuals loafers, a slide and four colorways of the Club Professional shoe designed with teaching pros in mind.

We’re not sure if tour pros like Adam Scott, Justin Thomas or Andrew ‘Beef’ Johnston wear the off-course shoes as well as their FootJoy golf shoes, but they are a go-to for employees at Acushnet headquarters - parent company of FootJoy and Titleist brands.

"The loafers are spectacular. It’s what most of us choose to wear to the office every day,” said Chris Garrett, Director, Consumer Marketing - FootJoy.

“We’ve been serving the needs of the golfer for more than 100 years so we know sometimes those needs extend beyond the fairways. These loafers are versatile enough for the office, the club dining room, a casual weekend night out or anything in between,” Garrett added.

The buckle loafer comes in three colors of waterproof, full grain leather - taupe, mahogany and black. They have DuraMax rubber outsoles that offer some grip and durability. Wide widths are also available in all three versions.

The penny loafer also has the DuraMax rubber outsoles and three of the five colors come in navy, brown and tan soft suede with leathers in brown or black. The contrast stitching has classic styling

The basic slip-on loafer has a Martin last that offers a narrow toe character with a narrow fit across the forefoot, a low instep and slightly narrow heel that will help prevent the shoe from slipping. The red detail at the heel gives the shoe an extra punch of detail.

All offer the comfort and tasteful casual look that’s ideal to take you wherever you need to go post round. Search FootJoy.com for additional information and pricing.
