For the 2019 part one collection, the company has built on its multi-layer concept and is offering more styles, colors and sizes for men, women and juniors - 368 new garment and matching accessories to be exact.

The new assortment boasts a larger selection of lightweight pieces with greater breathability, stretch properties, moisture transportation, thermal insulation and ultraviolet protection. With tag lines such as ‘Designed by golfers for golfers,’ ‘We never compromise,’ and ‘For the serious golfer,’ Galvin Green continues to push the boundaries of making golf apparel as technically performing as the latest yardage gaining driver in your bag.

In the men’s rain gear category, the new ultra-lightweight Andres shell layer is a full-zip jacket made from GORE-TEX Pacllite stretch fabric for minimal swing restriction. Matching Arthur waterproof trousers are available in red, navy and black, and more than 17 size options.

The Interface-1 hybrid range includes the full-zip Laurent and striking half-zip Lincoln that are versatile, lightweight and can be paired with the Leo trousers.

New short sleeve shirts in Ventil8 Plus fabric feature the sporty Myles - a two-tone honeycomb design, and the Milton - a multi-fabric shirt in a duet block pattern that’s available in five colorways.

The women’s selection has a two-way, full-zip shell layer called Ariana made from waterproof GORE-TEX stretch fabric with a C-Knit backer that is extremely breathable with an adjustable waist and shaped sleeves for easy movement.

A standout in the junior’s section is Rusty - a full-zip hybrid jacket that comes in six vibrant colorways.

Speaking of colors, in addition to all the new styles and performance features, the color range plays a big role in how the pieces can be mixed/matched and worn as complete outfits.

“For 2019, we have added a beige-tone color called chalkstone as a fourth neutral option with the traditional black, navy and white,” said Mats Lundqvist, creative director of Galvin Green.

“We also wanted a fresher look so we replaced rose with azalea which is a more vivid and bluish color. Aurora pink is used as a lighter shade to get more depth. Since both colors are more blue in tone, they go very well with all the neutrals and provide a very fresh look if you combine them with white. To spice up the lilac tones we used, we added sunny lime which is a twist of the yellow colors that are so much in fashion this season.” Lundqvist added.

Accessories round out the part one collection with several options of caps, hats, beanies, bandanas/neckwarmers and belts. A cool feature on the Galvin Green website is when you click on any product page and scroll down, it has a ‘combine with these garments,’ section that offers suggestions of what to wear with what.

Those are serious styling tips for any golfer.
