Golf News: European Tour suspends sales to 2020 events

Citing ongoing coronavirus pandemic, tour halts sales of tickets and hospitality packages to all tour-promoted events this season

Suspended: By the European Tour, all ticket and hospitality sales for tour-promoted events this season, chief executive Keith Pelley announced, citing the coronavirus pandemic. The tour has postponed or canceled seven events on its international schedule, which includes the WGC Match Play and the Masters. Pelley called the suspended sales of tickets and hospitality packages “a temporary measure but one we feel is proportionate in the current circumstances."
