Sam Burns doesn’t exactly have a chance to contend at this week’s FedEx St. Jude Championship, but he will most definitely leave Memphis with one of the best shots of the tournament.

Burns’s round on Saturday at TPC Southwind was relatively uneventful until he reached the par-3 11th. The five-time PGA Tour winner had made just one birdie, directly followed by a double bogey and a string of six pars.

But on the 157-yard par-3, his round suddenly got a lot more interesting.

Burns launched his tee shot directly at the pin, which was tucked in the back right corner of the green.

It’s impossible to see Burns’s ball land on the putting surface, but that’s because it didn’t: The shot landed directly in the cup for a highly unlikely slam-dunk ace.

The shot was Burns’s second hole in one in less than two months. He aced Los Angeles Country Club’s 15th hole at this year’s U.S. Open.

Burns followed up the hole in one with a birdie, but after his 12th hole he still sits tied for 56th place and 11 shots behind the tournament leader Lucas Glover.
