Golf Fans Loved What One Spectator Yelled at Rickie Fowler at U.S. Open
Fan favorite Rickie Fowler led the U.S. Open for the better part of three days before a final-round 75 left him with a fifth-place finish at Los Angeles Country Club.
Despite the rough Sunday, it was great to see Fowler back in contention, especially at a major championship.
Fowler might not have won the tournament, but he did set the record for the most birdies (23) in a U.S. Open, which was pretty impressive.
You know what else was impressive? This movie line some fan yelled at Fowler after one of his shots in Saturday’s third round.
