Jon Rahm hopped into the No. 1 spot in the world ranking with his victory at the PGA Tour's Memorial Tournament, but it was the wiggle of his ball on the 16th hole Sunday evening that has co-hosts John Hawkins and Mike Purkey and so many others in golf talking. “I thought golf was supposed to be a self-policing game,” said Hawkins, noting a penalty slapped on Rahm, the eventual winner, that came about only because of a tight shot from a high-definition TV camera. “Clearly, it’s not.” Hawk & Purk also discuss Rahm’s emotions, the Spaniard’s prospects for the Masters and what’s going on with Rory McIlroy, whom Rahm replaced as world No. 1.
