Tyler Strafaci authors a thrilling 21st-century chapter in the family’s golf history, highlighting a weekend of big tournaments

Co-hosts Bob Bubka and Jay Randolph Jr. have plenty to discuss from a big weekend in golf. Jim Herman claims his third PGA Tour victory, earning a spot in the FedEx Cup playoffs, and Stacy Lewis wins her first LPGA tournament in three years. But the latest Strafaci family golf trophy, courtesy of Georgia Tech senior Tyler Strafaci at storied Bandon Dunes, captures much of the Grill Room guys’ attention. With input from Alex Miceli, Morning Read’s founder and publisher, the Grill Room also previews the PGA Tour’s three-tournament playoffs, beginning with this week’s Northern Trust at TPC Boston.
