The PGA Tour is in Dublin, Ohio, this week. Jon Rahm was on cruise control last year for a second consecutive Memorial title until a positive COVID-19 test forced a withdrawal after the third round. Morning Read's Bob Harig likes Rahm to finish the deal this year.
