Want to make a bigger turn and generate more power? This is a great routine that you can practice anywhere that will give you a better feel for how to load your lower body while creating a good shoulder turn in your golf swing. Many of us can get very armsy in our swing and this drill will help you feel and use your upper back to create most of that turn before the arms come into play.

Speed hides inefficiency, so take your time with this one and be intentional with your moves. You’ll have a much better feel of how you should be loading in your swing.
