Dawly wins Belmont feature

NEW YORK (AP) Dawly rallied for a 3¼-length victory over Mr Palmer on Thursday in the $83,300 allowance feature at Belmont Park.

Angel Arroyo guided the 6-year-old gelding to his ninth win in 32 starts. The 8-5 favorite trained by Rudy Rodriguez ran 1 1/16 miles in 1:41.08 on the fast track.

Dawly paid $5.50, $2.80 and $2.10. Mr Palmer returned $3.10 and $2.40, and Balance of Power paid $4.50 to show.
