Divided Attention wins Ladies Handicap at Aqueduct

NEW YORK (AP) Divided Attention rallied for a 5 1/2 length victory over Belle Gallantey on Friday in the $100,000 Ladies Handicap for fillies and mares at Aqueduct.

The 4-year-old trained by Kiaran McLaughlin improved to 3 for 9 with her first stakes victory. It also was the first New York stakes win for jockey Dylan Davis.

The time was 1:55 for 1 1/8 miles on the fast track.

Divided Attention paid $4.40, $2.50 and $2.10 as part of the 6-5 entry with Penwith, who finished sixth after setting the pace.

Belle Gallantey returned $3.20 and $2.40, and Moment in Dixie paid $2.50 to show.
